Chapter 1
It all started with a simple realization: flooring estimation was too manual, too slow, and prone to human error. We saw estimators spending hours tracing blueprints, and we knew there had to be a better way. The idea for EstoroAi was born out of a desire to give that time back to the people who build our world.

We assembled a small team of passionate engineers and industry experts. Our first goal was to understand the core pain points. We spent months interviewing estimators, learning their workflows, and identifying exactly where automation could make the biggest impact. This research became the blueprint for our first prototype.
Chapter 3
Our initial version was rough around the edges, but it proved the concept. We successfully trained a basic computer vision model to recognize simple room boundaries. It wasn't perfect, but seeing the AI automatically trace a floor plan for the first time was a magical moment that fueled our drive to push further.
